3. Editorial Discretion and Moderation

The Discover board is a curated selection of content chosen by Faivv at its editorial discretion. Inclusion on Discover does not constitute endorsement, and listing is not guaranteed for content that opts in. Faivv’s scoring, ranking, and curation decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.

Faivv may stop, remove, or restrict the visibility of any content on the Service at its discretion, including content that is determined to violate the Terms of Use. Faivv is not liable for any decision to include, exclude, or remove content from Discover or from the Service. Moderation actions are taken by the platform operator and do not reflect personal actions of individual staff members.

4. AI-Generated Content

Certain content on the Service is generated by artificial intelligence systems. Specifically, our AI News Scheduler transforms publicly available news articles into reflective commentary using large language models. This AI-generated content is clearly marked with an "AI-generated" label and published under fictitious creator identities.

AI-generated content on this Service:

• Is produced automatically by machine learning systems and has not necessarily been reviewed by a human;
• May contain factual inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or fabricated information (commonly known as "hallucinations");
• Should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice;
• Is derived from third-party news sources over which we have no editorial control;
• Does not represent the opinions, endorsements, or positions of Faivv Limited.

Faivv Limited makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. The inclusion of a source URL in AI-generated content does not imply endorsement by the original publisher.

5. Content Expiration

Content with a time-to-live (TTL) is automatically and permanently deleted after the TTL period expires. Faivv Limited cannot guarantee that content will remain available for any specific duration due to technical failures or operational requirements. Faivv cannot recover expired or deleted content.

6. Key-Phrase Security

Key-phrases are not encrypted passwords. Anyone who knows a key-phrase can access the corresponding content. You are responsible for keeping key-phrases confidential. Faivv Limited is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from a disclosed key-phrase.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure (e.g. Google Firebase). Faivv Limited is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party services.
